Our facility utilizes controlled access to help ensure only authorized individuals are permitted into the center.
Secure Check-In & Check-Out
Authorized parents and guardians use secure digital credentials to check children in and out.
Approved Pickup Verification
Our staff cross-reference authorized pickup information and verify identification when necessary.
Continuous Camera Monitoring
Cameras are strategically placed at main building entrances, hallways, and common areas to help maintain constant visibility.
Emergency Monitoring
Our building features a fully integrated modern fire alarm and emergency monitoring system designed to respond to unexpected situations.
We utilize Procare, a childcare management system that helps us manage secure check-ins, communication, attendance, updates, and other important parent information.
Through the platform, parents can stay more connected to their child’s day and communicate directly with the center.
Parents Can Access:
Authorized pickup information is maintained to help ensure children are released only to approved individuals.
Parents can receive notifications, digital sign-ins, messages, and important updates throughout the day.
We follow rigorous health, sanitation, and wellness guidelines designed to help maintain a clean environment for daily learning, play, and exploration.
Toys, doorknobs, sensory tables, chairs, and other frequently touched surfaces are regularly sanitized using child-safe cleaning solutions.
Classrooms, floors, and restrooms undergo a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection routine to prepare the facility for the next day.
Children and staff wash their hands regularly throughout the day, including upon arrival, before and after meals, after outdoor play, and after using the restroom.
Our staff follows professional hygiene procedures, including the appropriate use of protective gloves during toileting and meal-preparation routines.

My name is Bess Jones-Williams and I am the proud founder and owner of Bright Beginnings Child Development Center (BBCDC). More importantly, I am a mother.
My journey into child care didn’t start in a traditional college classroom-it started in the heart of my home. Raising my own children taught me everything that textbooks cannot: how to soothe a scraped knee, how to spark a child’s natural curiosity, and how to create a daily rhythm where children feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for.
When I looked for child care for my own family, I realize that what parents want most isn’t just a facility-it’s a peace of mind. You want to know that when you drop your child off, they are being cared for by someone who understands the monumental trust you are placing in them. That is how the vision came about for BBCBC. The goal is to build a true home away from home, ran with the same love, patience, and attention to detail that I give my own family.
At Bright Beginnings Child Development Center our philosophy is simple. We believe that every child deserves a strong nurturing start. We focus on developing the whole child by supporting growth in all areas: physical, academic, emotional and social. Children learn best when they are actively engaged, encouraged to explore and given opportunities to learn through play and real-life experiences.
Our environment is designed to work curiosity, build confidence, and allow children to learn at their own pace. We regularly observe and access each child’s progress to ensure meaningful growth and continued development.
